We helped a little to serve breakfast again this morning at Boot Camp. Today was their last day and it was only a half of day. It was rewarding….
When Boot Camp was over I checked out the pork butt. Looking good after 21 hours. I let it go another 2 hours and the inside temp got to 195 when I pulled it out. I wrapped it up and it sat for another 2 hours. 
Mac got to hold the baby pork. I had a hard time getting it from him. The baby pork wanted to feed on him so he gave it up….. smile…..
I got it ready and we ate. It happened so fast no pictures of the pork butt our friends were happy.
Yep, it’s all gone! 
And then they were gone.
It’s in the low 30s this AM……..
