Alaska Day 64 Fairbanks – The last Frontier Gang

We did a lot of nothing today. We got caught up on our grocery shopping at Wal-Mart and Fred Meyers. Then we went to the military base to even do more.  Our food supply was low.  Carol had ran out of her chocolate chip cookies, oh no!

Later while shopping we found a All You Can Eat Buffet called the Mayflower.  It’s a Chinese place. We called what’s left of the gang, Sharon & Don and Gary & Mary and we all had dinner there.  It was pretty good for $11.95 in Alaska.  They even had crawfish.

The Last Frontier Gang are starting to each go our separate ways. It’s been over two months now and each of us have our special things we still want to see & do.  A few will travel together for awhile longer but the entire group will not be together again.  That’s the way it was intended and should be.  Ironically it’s the loosey goosey schedule that kept us together this long probably. For those that are departing or have departed – thank you for letting us being part of “The Last Frontier Gang”. You have our jello schedule.

See ya
