Tombstone

Today  we went to Tombstone.  Only a few shops were closed.  About the same number were out of business.  We visited Tombstone a number of years ago.  Being a tourist destination it hasn’t changed much.  We did notice the overall prices of things were more reasonable in Tombstone  than Bisbee.

We attended the early show of the “shootout” not to be confused with the “OK Coral Shootout” which is the same price at a different location on main street.

Using real guns with blanks was a little uncomfortable for me.  They were loud for sure.  The show was entertaining.  The cost was $8 for us seniors.DSC_0007DSC_0002DSC_0003

I didn’t see ANY cigars under $10 each.  I’m sure they had them but I didn’t see themDSC_0005

We got back to our campsite and I had to capture this bird in a nearby bush.  He was a character by the way he acted.DSC_0013

Looking out our front window at our campsite we saw the moon.DSC_0017DSC_0016

Another great day even after 17 1/2 years of full timing and even after retiring from the Marine Corps 24 years ago.

Retirement itself is really nice and so is full timing.

See ya when we see ya……….
