The Loosey Goosey Group of 2014 going to Alaska has formed. Oh wow! This is really happening. We got 14 RV’s and 27 people ready to start an adventure of their life time. We all are excited even Carol & I who have already driven 4 times before. Have we had problems – yes. Will we have more problems – yes. It’s all part of the adventure.
Our 1st official day started out comfortable like this… 
People just wandered around and met and made friends. It was easy to find people in our group because we all had orange ribbons on our rigs.
Later in the afternoon we got a presentation from the Tourism office. I forgot the ladies name. Since her dad was a worker on the Alaska Hwy she gave a personal outlook on the building of the Hwy. Very informative. I think it was liked by all 27 members.
When she finished we gave out her Milepost Pins from her office and our orange name badges for all.
The day ended with a sip of wine, beer and mead.
Mark brought a sign for hanging up in the Sign Post City in Watson Lake. More on that when we get there.
Tomorrow we will try to get organized for our group picture of the big Welcome Sign downtown.
