The Night Of & Day After

Oh, guess what the bride and groom forgot to bring to there wedding.  The marriage license and they didn’t realize it until the preacher asked for it after the ceremony. They left it at their new apartment.  The Best Man went and got it for them so they could socialize with their guests.

In the meantime, Dad socialized with the preacher who is thinking about transporting RVs in the near future.  Very nice carpet and the room itself was beautiful. DSC_0510

Recap, the groom’s mother did not get here and is stuck at the airport in Denver.  Our relatives are here and can’t get back to Baltimore due to snow.  Their airline automatically changed their flight for Tuesday departure vice Sunday.

Saturday night we all went to Joe’s Crab House after I went to the ATM.  It was a blast.  We had an amateur comedian there which also happened to be the Best Man. Tears were shed from the laughter of his insight of the Groom’s past.  His facial expressions were abundant.  I don’t why he said no pictures. Since he didn’t offer me any money, his favorite shots are now public. You are so welcome Stretch.  Is the invite to Long Beach still good?

Then it was time for all to say goodbye that night and go in our separate ways probably not to meet for years to come.

Now Sunday we have to get another hotel for an additional two nights and rental care for our Baltimore relatives.  Mission accomplished.  Love the internet and Orbitz reservations.  Mr & Mrs Barnhill moved into their new apartment just a few days ago and we all will christen it.  The groom is now figuring out that he married into a big family.  They prepared all us a very nice spaghetti dinner Sunday night.  We played WE II games and watched a real good football game.  Too bad the better team didn’t win.  Did I really say that!

Monday will bring a new adventure.  Our reservations are up at the military RV Park and we don’t have any place to stay here in San Diego.  We figured since our relatives have to stay here due to Baltimore’s bad weather we would too.  It will work out.

See Ya…………..
