At 5 AM I was up and setting the controls on the smoker for the 16 lb turkey. This baby I will set for 225 degrees for 10 hours. The ham is precooked so that will go in the oven about 4 ish or so with low temps. Dinner for nine (probably more) will go about 5:30 this evening.
It’s starting to look pretty good.

The counter was filled with food.
It was just another one of those nice get togethers – all 11 of us. Mom hill wasn’t feeling good so she didn’t come. Another day for sure…

What's wrong with the last picture is that you and Steven are missing. And you deserved it more than anyone for all the hard work you two did all day. Well, Carol and Carol did a lot of the cooking, too. Thanks again for a great meal and fun party!
