Betty’s Web

First it’s crawfish time.  Cooking crawfish is very similar to cooking crabs.  I will take either after they have been cooked.  You can cook them or I will, it don’t matter.  You can buy them though!

Big Art gave up.  He said he could to eat them all day and not get filled up.  We got two batches and this was the first batch on the table.   I was the last man standing (setting & eating) when it was all said and done.  I thought I would be among the first to leave but was the last one eating these little bugs.P1040109

Now for Betty’s Web.  It’s easy to get caught up in it.  If you are just a little outgoing and come here – you are caught.  She likes to socialize and share the Cajun stories & local happenings/tours.  Some are free and some aren’t.
