Alaska Day 53 Denali area

We went into the little tourist city near the entrance to Denali Nat Park.  One side of the road is small tourist stops to include rafting, airplane, ATV, jeep, hiking and anything else they can do for tourists.  In between them are the eateries. 

Then across the street are the fancy the motels.

Then later we had a nice long social hour.  Let me see if I can name everybody starting with the empty chair and going to the left, Carol, Jean, Claudette, Mary, Gary, Marilyn, Jim, Pat, Cora, LN, Jo, John, Sharon, Don, Larry and my empty chair.  We talked about the places we’ve been and going to up here in Alaska. It was a time to share stories for sure.

Tomorrow we go on the 3.5 hour Jeep tour.  This should be fun.
