We decided to go up the hill near Banning, CA via the Jeep to a campground near the top called Silent Valley. It wasn’t where the snow was but it was en route that way. 
I would have liked to seen the interior of this vintage one. I think the tags are Alaska.
Here we go.

Then we arrived. It’s between 4,000 & 5,000 feet up there from about a couple of hundred feet. Carol don’t really like mountain roads when they don’t have guard rails but she survived this ride.
We’re gonna move up there this Friday. The park amenities don’t open up until may but we are just looking for some relief from this very hot weather.
I got an offer to test drive the new Polaris Slingshot 3 wheeler so I might do that tomorrow. I just might get on that Harley and go check it out.
