Alaska Hwy Day 11 Whitehorse

We started off with me cooking breakfast for everybody. I cooked pancakes and sausage for all that showed up which was just about everybody.DSC_0001

If they wanted warmth at 8:30 in the morning they had to stand out of the shade.DSC_0002

Then we went in to town to play tourist. DSC_0005

 

The Klondike. A sternwheeler that was rich with history.  It was really nice to see that the boat had been completely restored.DSC_0007

Now can you see them?  Hey when it get’s in the 60s the people enjoy it.  They’re whiter than Carol.DSC_0023

Since it was long morning it was time for a tour of the local brewing company. DSC_0035

I think these guys drank too much. People get bored during the winter for sure.DSC_0037

Back to the brewery tour.DSC_0044 

We were all standing around waiting for the tasting. This brewery is a nice place to visit. They love their beer for sure.DSC_0047

then it was time to eat.  This Klondike BB & Salmon Bake was Outstanding.  It was agreed upon to be a great place by all. DSC_0049

Then it was time for the SHOW..DSC_0052

Then they choose Larry out of all these people to be a participant. It was like they knew who to choose. Larry had a blast and we did to watching him.DSC_0138 DSC_0140

The show ended after the almost two hours of comedy.  A must see performance.

We returned back to the campground.  We stayed up again till after 12 midnight and it was still daylight of course.

Tomorrow it’s Dawson City, Yukon.
