We departed Skagway and headed for Whitehorse which was about 100 miles north via the South Klondike Highway. Yes, the South Klondike going north. We all saw bear and two others saw Moose. We did a little sight seeing along the way. First the bears.
Then the tourist thing. This is a must see place. It’s near Carcross. This was our third time.

Our first gravel road. I thing it was about 5 miles.

Even Don admitted that the Magna Shade wasn’t right and it was difficult to put up. Maybe “Ole Ken” can make it right…

Later that night Carol & I went out shopping and got our WalMart fix. We also paid for our tickets to the Frantic Follies for tomorrow night. For some odd reason we both stayed up past midnight and yes it was still daylight.
