We helped a little to serve breakfast again this morning at Boot Camp. Today was their last day and it was only a half of day. It was rewarding….
When Boot Camp was over I checked out the pork butt. Looking good after 21 hours. I let it go another 2 hours and the inside temp got to 195 when I pulled it out. I wrapped it up and it sat for another 2 hours.
It’s in the low 30s this AM……..
