We leave Friday morning for Baltimore. We had enough Intercourse.
Roads around these tourist places are very very very crowded. Reminds me of Branson. Anyhow, it still has its appeal of course.
They grow a lot of corn around here but the cost is 50 cents an ear. Sorry, that’s too much. Feed it all to the cows I say.
Puts new meaning to, “Oh crap!”

Well, I left a deposit with Lazydays Tucson via phone on a used Class C 2014 Coachmen Freelander 22QB. It measures 24.5 feet on a Ford 350 chassis with a V10 engine. Two little old ladies drove it they said… Yea, right!
It took a week and Sharon Del Rosario helped check it out. Her & Don live in Benson kinda nearby. Thanks Sharon. It took some negotiations but I got it for what I wanted to pay today. I worked on them for about 6 days. Just maybe that email to the CEO helped. I got low retail on the Jeep & Harley as trade ins and got $12K off their sale price plus a $1,000 Visa card to pay for my expenses coming out to pick it up.
You are asking why. Because we can and wanted too. We (I) wanted a little puddle jumper to go on short trips and Alaska. I still have my 85 Harley, my new trailer and the old trailer. We will now pull Carol’s Mercury Mariner that has been set up for towing since new (2010).
Now how to get my toys to Tucson. It will work out with a little help from Carol’s brother Steven.
The Journey (Carol’s) is still our home.

Meet Carol’s brother the diesel mechanic.
He started out clean several hours ago before starting work on our RV/home. He’s a damn good mechanic and is proud of his work. He found and corrected some problems underneath the rig. That’s nice. He changed the oil and filters to include the generator plus squirted some grease around. Thanks David.
We fit real nice in his bay at work.
This all happened Saturday. Sunday we were going to hook up the car and go to the TTN Hershey park BUT…… no electrical chord or chains to tow the car. I’ve been towing the Harley trailer and it don’t use any of that stuff. Carol has been following behind in her car. I evidently left the electrical hook up and chains back in Livingston by mistake. So Carol had to drive the car again to Hershey.
It was about a 110 mile trip north. It was a nice trip with not too many idiots out. When we arrived at the TTN Hershey park it looked nice and it was crowded. They have 300 sites and had about 30 or so empty. We haven’t been here in years but knew about where we wanted to be. We got real lucky. Here’s our site. It’s a 50 AMP full hook up.
Our backyard at an angle.See that small opening to the left in the above picture… here is what I saw with my Nikon 300 mm zoom lens in full use. Love that zoom…. A couple hundred yards away were these geese wandering down the road without a care in the world.
We'll be here in Hershey until Friday and then we will return back to Columbia (Balto).
Oh, we’ve been conferring with Lazydays in Tucson, AZ for the past week about a 24 foot class C they have. Yesterday they made me a deal that I refused. Then I made them an offer that they refused. They (sales manager – Bill Pickles) will rethink about my offer and get back to me. Sounds like another offer coming up. It’s my deal or no deal it’s that simple.
No we are not getting rid of our RV/home or slowing down. Just exploring our options and possibilities with a smaller rig at times.

Hey, Spam with Bacon…what more could a guy want! Just burn the spam and it doesn’t taste that bad
I removed the freezer while in Texas. Yesterday I put ALL my tool stuff in here in one easy place to get to. Plus it’s on a slide out tray.
The skies in Maryland can be pretty like the ones out west too!
The kitty loves to get into shopping bags
Today the RV goes into Freightliner Balto to get it it’s annual check out by Carol’s brother.
See ya……….
Here’s where we’ve been the last two weeks.
Along with Ed/Sandy Kruty, Butch/Kathy Ford, and two of Carol’s brothers David & Steven. Steven is the one behind building this family campground.
I just don’t understand while the sat dish wouldn’t pick up.
I posed for this picture while others were resting. The pavilion is being built.
Carol & I are in Baltimore at her brothers parked next to the garage.
