Fire ring that is.
We went into town for our free La Mesa lunch along with Ed & Sandy Kruty. It wasn’t too shabby for being free. It was spaghetti with meat tomato sauce/mushrooms, sSalad, bread/butter and unlimited soda. Hey, it’s free.
Then Carol & I went flea marketing. We found this one flea market that turned about to be a real flea market. Nothing new and nothing from China. It was old junk but neat.
I spent an hour with a tech from Winnebago trying to get a sat receiver working in the bedroom. I had all the cable connections/equipment out and visible. He walked me thru some connections and they were correct. He finally said to go to a Winnebago dealer and have their tech to call him to get er done. I called La Mesa West Phoenix and have an appointment on the 25th of this month. I could have had one next Monday but said no thank you. This will be interesting.
We’ve decided not to attend the Lodi rally 13-17 April in Lodi and informed Walt & Kellie Gun, the coordinators. It was just too many out of the way miles. We wanted to be HOP assistants to Ed & Sandy Kruty for the Moab April Adventure HOP. That went down the tubes by the HOP Director. I won’t mention Lisa Koca the HOP Director’s name either….
We all (40+ rigs) had a pot luck diner. That was real nice. I found an unattended hot (turned on)microphone and became the MC. That there was funny. The sun set early and we had a little set out around the OFFs (old fart fire). It was a Happy Happy Happy day.
