It Was Nippy And The Singing Went On

Started off this morning wit another haircut.  That’s two within two months.  I must be getting civilized and returning to normal.  Oh no, I’m become a home body….time to leave.

Then it was lunch at La Colonia Mexican restaurant.  Just a few showed up today because the Escapees was having their annual employees recognition luncheon.  Tersia Moore won Employee Of The Year Award.  It was a shock to hear but not to anybody else.  All thought it was a well deserved award for her.  It will be in the next Escapees Magazine along with some other news from headquarters.

Then it was time for social hour.  Carol led the social.  It’s the first time ever I saw her get up and lead a social hour.  She had a fun time doing it.  DSC_0009 I think she could get up in front of 1,200 people and do the same thing.  As you can see people were in the Christmas spirit.  Well, at least dressed up like ????DSC_0003 DSC_0004
