The Passing Of A Great One

Jerry Ray passed away in his sleep Thursday night after a year’s fight with terminal cancer.  Our heart filled condolences to his “special wife” Arlyne and family.

Today was a sad day by all that knew him.

He was just not a RV Driving Instructor, he was a great one, an instructor’s instructor.  During our ownership as owners of the RV Driving School, we relied on his help a lot.  He was the “go to” person when it related to RV Driving.  He never let us down in any way or shape.  He trained hundreds of students and never a complaint from any student – not even one.  His students remember him well and I will speak for all them when I say, “THANK YOU VERY MUCH JERRY RAY.”

Here’s Jerry & Carol after he taught her how to drive our 40’ motorhome.  You can see how happy Carol was.  ALL of his students were just as happy.  Jerry had that special confidence that he bestowed upon each of his students.100_1129 - Copy

Here’s Jerry and his wife Arlyne on the right, Joe & Vickie Kieva in the middle and Mac the fire guy and his wife on the left.  All great people in life and in the RV industry.  Thank you guys for helping us become better RVers and especially Jerry.  To say he will be missed by all is truly an under statement.SDC11202

Here’s Jerry on the left, Frank Piccolo, and Steve Mulcahy.   All top notch instructors.  Jerry was a big man in many ways.  He was very well liked by all instructors and students of course.100_1398

When an RVer gets to them Pearly Gates, Jerry will be there to greet them and guide them through in their RVs. I will really need him big time, help me again Jerry, just one more time.

Jerry, I will……

See ya……
