We Are Trying To Return

We are returning to what ever our normal is.

Weather Report - Temps have been in the low 70’s and nights in the 50’s.  The next 10 days the handy dandy weather people say it will be pretty much the same.  You can actually get sun burned or is that wind burn. So, if you want to get warm, come on out but don’t drag the cold weather with you (Nick).

Carol had line dancing from 10 AM to noon with some “ole” line dancers.  She really needed and enjoyed that.  This morning for me started about 8 AM with coffee at the local Burger King with some Escapee Canadians.  It was really fun.  We even got a sincere invite to stop by in Lethbridge on our way to Alaska.

Then at 1 PM started the Escapees Social Hour.  It lasted 3 hours so I guess it should have been called Social Hours.DSC_0087

The dogs didn’t care too much about anything…….DSC_0134 DSC_0135

Then about 4:30 or so Mark cooked up some donated dogs (eating kind) and we ate again.

The sun went down and then about 7:30 PM the moon came up over the mountains and it was big, colorful and thus beautiful.

It was a good day.

Can you tell we are still organizing? Yes you can find the kitty but can you find the doggie? (lower right)DSC_0005-1

Tomorrow we move down to “our” area which is about 5 miles south on route 95, MM 99 1/2, right on to La Paz Road (paved road), second real quick right on to the desert then way back.  We will put up orange survey markers Wednesday but if anybody wants to come in now, give me a call when you turn on to La Paz road.  Someone will come and get you. If not, just set up camp……smile…

See Ya……….
