Day 45

Up, down and sideways.  We actually thought about Branson.  I did a schedule of the route and everything.

Mark, Carol, Kraig and I took the Jeep into Taos for lunch and sight see.  We didn’t know which restaurant to choose.  So the place with the most vehicles in the parking lot won.  It turned out these restaurant people once had a real good food truck and now have a restaurant.  It was pretty dog on good but don't ask us the name of it.

We went to Walmart and then Albertsons and back to our camper site in the mountains which is about 30 miles away.

We got back and rested (nap).  That evening we all played Sorry outside and even in the dark.  We had a LED hat light and we played some more.  Then a pick up truck joined the outskirts of our camping area.  Oh well, they were quiet and we were the noisy ones but not from drinking, just fun and laughing.

While we played the ending of the last game the wind kicked up and it started to drizzle hard.  We put everything away and we were in bed by 8:30 PM.

Oh yea, we decided to aim for Texas and not Branson but not in a hurry.  Too hot and humid, plus rain for a projected week forecasted for Livingston.

All is quiet except for the constant light rain all night long.

Retirement is not doing anything sometimes.
